On-Time Guarantee
Tn'T Auto Transport understands your busy schedule and the stress that you go through during your relocation. Tn'T will back up your car transport with our On-Time Guarantee. In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver your vehicle in your quoted transit time we will reserve a new Enterprise rental car for you at our expense till your car arrives. Others may promise your car will arrive on time; at Tn'T Auto Transport we guarantee our on time in writing as part of our standard service. After you place your order we will send you additional shipping information along with our On-Time Guarantee certificate.
Flexible Scheduling
You need you car, truck, SUV picked up in two days? At Tn'T Auto Transport that is not a problem. We can schedule your pick up on the day that is convenient for you, Monday through Friday (Saturday pick up available in most areas). When you place your order with one of our Relocation Coordinators just let them know the day you would like us to pick up you car. It's as easy as that!
Full Coverage Insurance, No Deductible
Tn'T Auto Transport is your primary insurer against any transport related damage, not secondary like other companies, from the time we take possession of you car or boat until we deliver to you. You never have a deductible to pay if transport related damage occurs. In the unlikely event you car does have damage, Tn'T Auto transport settles claims in an average of 16 days. You will never receive just a list of phone numbers to the carriers that transported your vehicle to settle the claim yourself; we handle all claims in house, unlike other transport companies.
Authorized Agents and Carriers
Tn'T Auto Transport evaluates our authorized carriers and agents on a monthly basis to ensure the high service levels that you expect are maintained. After an authorized carrier or agent meets our rigid qualification criteria they receive a monthly performance evaluation, which is designed to seek out root cause identification and ensure a corrective action plan is implemented.
Accepts Major Credit Cards with no additional processing fee
Tn'T Auto Transport accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for your convenience. You won't be charged a 2% to 3% processing fee to use your credit card, like you may find with other car carriers.
No Cancellation Fee
There is never a cancellation fee on our standard service at Tn'T Auto Transport. We know you plans may change and feel you shouldn't be penalized for it. Specialized and Enclosed shipments require a 24 hours notice of order cancellation. These services involve time scheduling with specialized carriers and are subject to a cancellation fee if less than 24 hours is given.
No Deposit Required
No deposit is required to place your order at Tn'T Auto Transport.
Door-to-Door
Our door-to-door service is just that, door-to-door! We provide you with convenient pick up of your car, van, or truck from your home or office and deliver to your new address. At Tn'T Auto Transport we will not make you wait in a shopping center parking lot for our carrier while charging you for door service. We pick up you vehicle from the location you request!
Service Agent to Service Agent
Sometimes it is more convenient for our clients to take their car to one of our over 80 authorized service agents. An appointment is not required and you will benefit from a cost savings. Most service agents are in major cities across the United States.
Express Service
Are you in a hurry? Tn'T Auto Transport offers you express service to get your vehicle quickly. Our express service also comes with our On-Time Guarantee!
Enclosed Service
Give your vehicle added protection for the elements by shipping with our enclosed service. This is excellent service for your classic or antique auto.
